People's Brains Function Differently

by Ralph Zuranski

The right and left brain hemispheres have different abilities.

The  left brain hemisphere controls the right side of the body. It is the Home of  logic, judgment, competition,  mathematical and verbal skills and orientation in time. The right brain hemisphere controls the left side of the body. It is the Home of emotions, creativity,  intuition, music and orientation in space. It controls all the life support systems of the body.

The goal of  the Brain Integration Program is to get both brain hemispheres working together in harmony.

A simple technique to accomplish this amazing state of being is by joining your hands together. When you do this, the internal dialogue between your two brain hemispheres ceases. You become friends with yourself. This is why prayer, where you clasp your hands together, is so effective in creating peace and calm almost immediately. When your brain is integrated and balanced, you become either a Bioman or Biowoman, where  "Bi" means two sides and "O" is the circle of completion. This state of being is where optimal performance in life and sports occurs spontaneously.

Historically, men have been more left brained than women, but that seems to be changing.

Both men and women now exhibit either a left or right brain dominance. The abilities listed below are representative of the specific differences between the brain hemispheres and the sexes. Everyone uses both sides of their brain but most have a certain preference for one side over the other.
