Ralph Zuranski started tutoring me right after my husband passed away. One of Hank's dying wishes was for me to learn computers. Ralph was a godsend. Ralph Zuranski conducted training sessions in my office on two different occasions. These training sessions consisted of the teaching of the correct use of two different instruments based upon computerized technologies that were new to me.
